Public Libraries are a leading source for job seeker information. Many job seekers
go to libraries, quite naturally, for all the information a wise job seeker will
want or need.
Quite naturally, that’s why we at 2-Communicate.com are there, also. It is becoming
our leading source for identifying job seekers who want or need the tools we offer.
If you want to be in contact with our library job seekers traffic, all you need
do is (1) learn a little bit about Standard Occupational Classifications and Codes,
commonly called SOC codes, and (2) Use those codes in notifying us of openings you
will soon have or that are now open.
We’ll take care of the rest, notifying our SOC savvy users of the opportunities
you have. The rest is between you and them. Rather than trying to identify them,
our emphasis is on what the job seeker needs and who they should contact to fulfill
that need.
KEY POINT: When using SOC codes look for transferable skills. They may reduce your
assimilation or training needs.
